Koseli Online Shoppe is a collaborative venture of Thamel Dot Com Pvt. Ltd, Nepal
and a young group of entrepreneurs in UK . It
is an online shopping center designed for the customers in UK who want to buy gifts or general merchandises for their friends
and family living in Nepal. For more information click about us.

How do I begin my first shopping experience with uk.thamel.com?
If you are a first-time shopper here, you will need to register
with us by creating an account and filling in personal and delivery
information in the fields provided. If you already have an account
with us, you will need to sign in using your sign in name and
password. All sign in name must be a valid email address.

Why should I register to send gifts?
New Customers
Becoming a registered member is easy! All you need to do is sign
up and register on our home page. You must be a member in order
to place an order. This helps us understand your needs in order
to serve you better.

what should I do?
Simply click on the "Forgot Password" click here link
in the site and enter your registered email address in the following
screen. Your password will immediately be sent to you in your
registered email account in our records.

Where do we deliver?
We deliver to almost all major destinations of Nepal. Browse the
list of destinations in the order placement form. Delivery outside
Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur & Kirtipur Valley will be confirmed
only by email confirmation. Digital picture confirmation is only
for delivery inside KTM valley.
7. Can I order from any part of the world or do I have to be in
the United Kingdom ?
If you
have a valid credit card, we can accept orders from any part of
the world.

Is it safe to use Credit Cards in your site?
Secured Shopping
When you place your online order, all your information will be
encrypted in VeriSign secure form, the internet's #1 online security
provider. All the credit card online financial transaction will
occur in the US, where we have our corporate office. Once your
order has been placed and payment confirmed, your order will be
sent instantaneously to Nepal to be processed.

When will my credit card be charged?
uk.thamel.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit
card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing
this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted
to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient
funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to
uk.thamel.com. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

How do I know that my order went through?
You will receive an e-mail from us with your purchase details
including delivery instruction, Gift Message and recipient and
sender information details as well.

When is my gift delivered?
Delivery
After the acknowledgement of proper payment, the delivery will
be made within the date specified by the sender in our business
day. Please allow yourself orders at least 48 hours prior to delivery.
Perishable
items can not be delivered outside Kathmandu Valley at this moment.
Non perishable items are delivered through a 2nd party shipping
partner for orders outside Kathmandu Valley around the different
cities in Nepal. Check delivery locations for a complete list
of cities delivered outside Kathmandu Valley.
Please
note that the delivery may be delayed due to unpredicted events
like holidays, Nepal Bandas, strikes and other activities that
may obstruct transportation.
Delivery
cost for gifts up to 6 (six) kg is free of cost within Kathmandu
valley. Additional shipping charge is subject to be applied for
orders outside Kathmandu Valley depending upon the locations and
weight, volume and nature of the gift item. Delivery charge includes
insurance as well.
12.
How do you confirm order delivery?
Order confirmation:
uk.thamel.com has adopted a unique confirmation method to ensure
the delivery of gifts that are sent to Nepal at a free of charge.
Once we receive an order, we shall contact the recipient to make
arrangements for a personal delivery. With the approval of the
recipient, our delivery representatives will take a digital picture
of the recipient accepting the gift and send the confirmation
email within 24 hrs of delivery with a link to view the digital
pictures as special token of our service. For orders outside Kathmandu
valley the delivery is made by our 2nd party shipping partner
and only email confirmation will be sent for such orders.
Delivery
will be made on the date specified by the sender while processing
the order. Please make sure that you provide us your email address
and the telephone number of the recipient.

Can I cancel my order?
Under normal circumstances you may not cancel your order. For

No.

16. I could not decide what to Gift!
You can send Gift Certificates redeemable at our exclusive branded
vendors. Your recipient would take the honor to visit the vendor
showroom and choose a gift from the wide range at his choice.

Would you charge for taking digital pictures?
We delivery Free Digital Delivery Pictures and take no charge
at all

Why isn't my site working with my browser?
Ordering from our site does not require the latest and greatest
technology, but it does require that you're using an SSL-compliant
browser (this means it has a "secure" mode.) Web TV
and some browsers behind company firewalls cannot support secure
ordering.

What is the currency in pricing?
The pricing of the items are both in UK Pound (£) as well as
US Dollar (USD) for the ease of our UK customers. If you
use a Credit Card to place an order, the transacting currency
shall be in USD.
